What colour is your garden?

What colour is your garden?

Your go-to answer is more than likely to be GREEN.

But…

Look a bit closer.

You’ll notice different shades and tones of green: dark, light, shiny, matt. There will be yellowy greens, silvery greens, red-tinged greens.

“Oh yeah,” I can all hear you say.

The different greens in our gardens are like the different thoughts we have on a daily and minute by minute basis.

When we’re not paying attention the garden is just a garden. It’s just green. They are just thoughts.

But when we pay attention and take a closer look we become aware of the different colours, the different thoughts we have.

When you become more aware of your thoughts, you begin to see how they are holding you back from achieving your goals and dreams and being the person you want to be.

I call this “Thought Awareness” and it’s central to my pilot group coaching workshop for women which starts next Wednesday June 28th where we will be exploring our mind, the illusions around self-doubt, self-worth and confidence and finding our inner awesome.

Life is too short to feel stuck or held back.

By raising awareness of our thoughts, mind and the greater truth of who we are, we take the first step on the journey to waking up, coming alive to you being you and unleashing your awesome.

If you think it’s time to step into YOU, you can find more details about the programme here.

đź’– I empower women to believe in themselves so they can be the women they want to be.
đź’– I do this by busting the commonly held myths we have and pointing to the truth that we are stronger, more courageous, more capable, more resilient and more awesome than we think we are.
