Are you a woman who struggles with self-doubt, lack of confidence and belief in yourself and your abilities? Maybe you have goals and dreams you’d like to achieve but you feel like: you don’t have the confidence; you’re not ready to take the plunge; or you’re not good enough or brave enough to achieve them. Maybe you feel exhausted being someone you’re not and from spinning hundreds of plates to keep others happy. Maybe you feel there is more to life and what you’re capable of but you feel stuck and don’t know where to start.
That’s where An introduction to self-belief and finding your awesome group coaching workshop for women comes in.
What this group workshop is all about
This programme is your caffeine hit to wake you up to the real you and your superpowers of awesomeness. It will introduce you to self-belief, self-doubt and self-worth and bust the myths and illusions around these, as well as help you find your awesome and look at yourself with fresh eyes.
We will do this by exploring how our minds work and uncovering the truth that we are more amazing than we think we are (I know, crazy right!).
The process is all in raising awareness of the way we think and the stories we tell ourselves; what I call “Thought Awareness”. By being more aware, you’ll begin to see how you’re holding yourself back from achieving your goals and dreams and from being the person you want to be.
In a nutshell, awareness of our thoughts, mind and the greater truth of who we are is the first step on the journey to waking up, coming alive to you being you and reclaiming your self-belief.
And what a transformational journey it can be. I know because I’ve been there. (Read more about me here).
As a result, I bring to this course case studies from my own experience and my learnings from the inside-out understanding of life (also known as the Three Principles). This is coupled with in-group exercises and optional homework challenges to really explore how your mind is working and how you can start letting go and start feeling good about yourself.
You’ll come away from the programme:
Feeling more positive, confident, inspired and empowered
An increased awareness of your mindset, internal chatter and how it plays games with you.
You’ll see through some of the lies you’ve been telling yourself.
You’ll learn about the illusions around confidence, self-worth and the inner critic.
You’ll develop methods on how to shift your perspective and master negative self-talk.
You’ll employ strategies to be kinder to yourself.
You’ll develop a greater sense of self-belief and how to tap into that, as well as developing a greater sense of hope and perspective of what is truly possible for you.
You’ll feel less fearful about going after your goals and dreams.
“Katrina draws on her own life experience and personal journey of overcoming self-doubt. Her course was well structured, using academic models and illustrated using her personal examples. She encouraged participants to reflect on their own personal experiences and set challenges each week which pushed us all a little outside our comfort zone. After the course, I’m more aware of the internal chatter, and I’m better at challenging and managing my negative self-beliefs.”

This programme is for women who:
Are sick of feeling stuck or held back from achieving a dream and want to move past that
Struggle with imposter syndrome and the inner critic and are ready to take action to conquer this
Are fed up with not feeling good about themselves and want to do something about it
Believe they are capable of more and are ready to explore this
Believe there is more to life than what has currently been offered up to them
Are ready for change
Are willing to be vulnerable and put in the hard work (because nothing worthwhile is easy – sorry).
If this is you, register your place now to wake up to YOU.
To get the most out of these workshops, you’ll need to be:
Willing to feel vulnerable and uncomfortable and be pushed outside your comfort zone – this is when you grow
Willing to share your thinking, insights, experiences and vulnerabilities with the rest of the group – this builds trust and helps others learn and realise they aren’t alone
Curious and open to thinking new things and seeing new possibilities – this is how positive change comes about
Committed to putting the effort and hard work in – as your coach, I can only do so much; it’s up to you to take the information I provide and apply it to your own life and to see things differently
Ready to invest in yourself – putting yourself first and prioritising your personal development is what will shift the needle in your favour
Ready for change – change can feel hard and scary; you need to be ready and willing to face your fears and take a leap of faith into the unknown.
If this makes you sweat and your comfort zone feels more enticing, that’s cool. You’re only human after all. You have to be ready for coaching for it to have the most impact, so this workshop may not be for you at this present moment in time.

“I give these workshops a 10 out of 10. I was reassured that you can change your thinking and not get locked into the negative narrative. You can make such a difference to your happiness and feelings of fulfilment by examining the way you think and learning how to makes changes to how you view things. I found I was almost immediately viewing certain things differently.”
