
Yip, we’ve ticked over into 2024 – it’s started there’s no going back.
But the question is: How was 2023 for you?

Six Zoom sessions weekly:
- 7pm-8:30pm UK
- 2pm East Coast US/11am West Coast

This New Year, New You! programme will introduce you to your superpowers of awesomeness and bust the myths and illusions around the stories you have about yourself so that you can master the negative self-talk, become your own cheerleader and have a fresh perspective on yourself and your life so you can take back control, move forward and start living life on your terms.
We will do this by exploring how our minds work and uncovering the truth that we are more amazing than we think we are (I know, crazy right!).
The process is all in raising awareness of the way we think and the stories we tell ourselves; what I call “Thought Awareness”. By being more aware, you’ll begin to see how you’re holding yourself back from achieving your goals and dreams, from believing in yourself and from being the person you want to be.
You’ll come away from the programme:
- Feeling more positive, confident, inspired and empowered
- You’ll have an increased awareness of your mindset, internal chatter and how it plays games with you and keeps you stuck
- You’ll develop methods on how to shift your perspective and master negative self-talk and be kinder to yourself
- You’ll develop a greater sense of self-belief and how to tap into that
- You’ll feel less fearful about going after your goals and dreams and will more readily recognise the awesome within and what is possible for you.

Course structure of six weekly Zoom sessions
Week 1 (January 16th UK/17th NZ) – Understanding how our mind works and how it’s holding us back and keeping us stuck
Week 2 (January 23rd UK/24th NZ) – Increasing awareness of our thoughts and self-limiting beliefs and how they impact our lives
Week 3 (January 30th UK/31st NZ) – Exploring our inner awesomeness and worth and seeing there is nothing wrong with us, we aren’t broken and we don’t need fixing
Week 4 (February 6th UK/7th NZ) – Considering the scope of what is possible for us and understanding failure so we don’t fear it
Week 5 (February 13th UK/14th NZ) – Understanding and mastering our inner critic
Week 6 (February 20th UK/21st NZ) – Understanding confidence and the illusion of “getting more” of it
Cost – £250
These workshops will be a safe learning environment where individuals will have the opportunity to share and discuss ideas. As a result, spaces are limited.
