Sometimes you wake up and it’s just not your day.
You want to throw the towel in. You think: what’s the point.
So what can you do?
Firstly, remember it’s ok to feel like that.
Don’t beat yourself up for being human.
Instead of pulling out your inner bully, focus on one small thing you can do to move yourself forward or one small act of kindness to yourself that will put a smile on your face.
You may not be able to choose your thoughts or your moods but you can recognise them, accept them for what they are (not the truth about how amazing you truly are) and still take a step forward.
Because down days, funky moods, feeling unmotivated and listening to the inner critic does not have to hold you back.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
You’re more than you think.
