Meet Laura Kennington!

Laura is a professionally trained actress and singer turned adventure athlete. She has completed the Nepal Marathon, climbing to over 2,000m in the process, cycled 2,600km through Ireland, and kayaked 236 miles of the River Thames. She has turned the three Channel Islands of Sark, Guernsey and Jersey into an adventure playground, where she swam, kayaked and cycled across and around the islands as a triathlon in three days. She has also attempted to kayak the entire length of the 2,300-mile-long Volga River in Russia but was forced to call it quits due to safety concerns.

Meet Laura Bingham!

Laura is a British explorer with a stamp-packed passport. In 2014, with zero experience, she sailed across the Atlantic Ocean in a 38ft Trimaran with two men and a cat. Then in 2016, she crossed South America by bike and with no money, relying on the kindness of strangers and rubbish bins. Laura recently married fellow adventurer and Amazon walker Ed Stafford.

Meet Russell Smith!

Russell quit his job and became the first person to scoot LEJOG (Land’s End to John O’Groats) in the UK on a 16” wheeled kick scooter. He has been adventuring for 20 years, taking on space hopping and kayaking, long-distance endurance journeys and altitude mountaineering. He is currently learning to swim (having never learnt before) giving himself a year to become an endurance swimmer, with the aim to swim the 24 miles of Loch Ness in September 2017.

Meet Ash Dykes!

Ash is a British adventurer and extreme athlete. In 2014, he became the first person to walk across Mongolia solo and unsupported. Then in 2016 he became the first person to traverse the length of Madagascar, taking on eight mountains and intense jungle over 155 days. He won the UK Adventurer of the Year Award in 2015 and the Welsh Adventurer of the Year award in 2016.

Meet Dave Cornthwaite!

 Dave is a British adventurer, author, film maker, inspirer and all-round epically great guy. He quit his job as a graphic designer in 2005 to embrace a more adventurous life. Since then he has completed 11 non-motorised journeys, including skateboarding across Australia and swimming the Lower Missouri. He has written three books, broken nine world records and founded The YesTribe and the Say Yes More movement. Dave has just started his 12th non-motorised journey #ScootJapan, which will see him scoot a 1000-mile loop of Honshu and Shikoku.
